- Small Bedroom: One single bed that can be extended into a double bed.
- Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

- Swimming Pool Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM (closed on Thursdays).
- For safety reasons, condominium pools in Italy require the presence of a lifeguard and are only open from June 15 to September 15.
